CineLog Pro is developed and operated by Neon Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the CineLog Pro mobile app and website at cinelogpro.com.

By using CineLog Pro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This is used to authenticate your account and communicate with you about your subscription or support requests.

Usage data. We may collect anonymous diagnostic and usage data, including device type, operating system version, app version, feature usage patterns, and crash or error reports. This data helps us improve performance and fix bugs.

Project data. All content you create in CineLog Pro — shot lists, scenes, notes, call sheets, and reference images — is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, this data is stored in your linked cloud account (Firebase). We do not access, read, or analyze your project content.

Payment information. We do not collect or store payment card data. All subscription payments are processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat. Please refer to Apple’s, Google’s, and RevenueCat’s privacy policies for details on how payment data is handled.

Website data. When you visit cinelogpro.com, standard web analytics data may be collected, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the app and website
  • Authenticate your account and manage your subscription
  • Respond to support inquiries and user feedback
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, subscription notices)
  • Send product updates or newsletters, if you have opted in
  • Diagnose technical issues and improve app stability

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

CineLog Pro relies on the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

  • Firebase (Google) — used for optional cloud data storage and account authentication
  • RevenueCat — used for subscription management and purchase tracking
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — handle payment processing for subscriptions
  • Google Analytics — used for anonymized website traffic analysis
  • Google Tag Manager — used to manage website analytics and tracking scripts

These services may collect certain data in accordance with their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies independently.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your project data is stored locally on your device unless you enable cloud sync, in which case it is stored via Firebase under your account. We use industry-standard security practices to protect data stored on our servers and in transit.

You can delete your local data at any time by clearing the app or uninstalling it. To request deletion of your account and any associated cloud data, contact us at the address below.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The CineLog Pro website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze site traffic and improve user experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain pages.

7. Children’s Privacy

CineLog Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us.
